          Ingredients
          5 Large Roma Tomato (diced)
          1 Medium Red Onion (diced)
          5 clv Garlic (Chopped (Spanish Roja works best))
          2 Jalapenos (small dice)
          3 T Cilantro (minced)
          2 Lime (juiced)
          2 t Sea Salt (salt to taste)
              Instructions
              Dice ingredients 1-5 and compine in a bowl. Then squeeze the juice of 2 limes over salsa mixture. Sprinkle mixture with salt and let rest in the fridge for 2 hours. After 2 hours have passed put mixture into food processor and push until salsa is the texture you prefer.
Notes
              The organic garlic I used in this recipe was from Wow Garlic. They sell super fresh and flavorful garlic in many varieties.
This salsa is best made in the summer due to the abundance of fresh produce that is in season.
